"Ryan initially did an acceptable job with the overall master shower job. The problem - I requested a change in grout color along the outside of the shower area along the floor as it dried to a poor match with the original tile floor grout color . I was promised that he would come back to complete this simple adjustment using a different grout color. Simple fix! After many attempts to contact him, he has failed to call or text me back. He has totally blown this off! This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Don't disrespect customers by making empty promises. I am very disappointed with him personally and I will not use Grout Medic or recommend the company to individuals."

"This worked required tedious removal of the old grout in areas with 4x4 tiles so there was alot of handwork involved. The serviceman was Cris and he did an excellent job! He was very thorough and explained everything to me. The showers looked like new when he was finished and I am very pleased with the results."

"It varies depending on how many spillages we have. The cost varies too depending on how many areas we have cleaned. They’re the only ones that we’ve ever used because we used them in Colorado too. They do great work. They’re really good. They give me a time frame of like 4 hours and they call when they’re on their way. They start out with a 4-hour time frame. They are always professional. I had large plank wood-look tile installed throughout the house (both the downstairs and upstairs) and carpet on the stairs and landing. Mohammad listened to what I wanted and made excellent recommendations. He stayed in touch with me on when the installation would begin/end, working around my schedule. His installers were on-time, professional, and hard-working (arriving by 8am and not leaving until 7pm). Mohammad followed up throughout the installation, making sure I was happy with both the selection and the crew working (I was!). My flooring is absolutely gorgeous...just what I wanted! I highly recommend A-1 Carpet & Tile!"
