The trees were close to the house and a shed. They were very accurate in dropping the large limbs and cutting the trees in sections. "The initial work was well-done. I had really gotten behind in my yard, and several young fellows arrived and ripped out some old shrubs, a raised bed that was no longer in use, did shrub & tree trimming. Later, the owner, Brock Almond, proposed a monthly rate to do lawn-care year-round. That was probably in the summer of 2015. In the summer of 2016, I returned from a long vacation to find that my yard looked pretty neglected. I texted Brock with a photo of weeds that were taller than I was in the raised beds in my back yard, and asked to be released from the contract, as it wasn't cheap. I think the business had grown faster than he could keep up with. Brock was always very nice to work with, and offered to make amends. I just didn't feel I could continue with them as a lawn service though, because of that one experience. I'm sorry I didn't save any photos, and overall feel they deserve a B rating."

"I have used Fairway since I moved into my house in 2014.  The service in the beginning was a little rocky but the branch manager always called and was very knowledgeable about the service and our grass.  This most recent visit, I received the standard treatment and a bill which had a standard printed Early Summer Service Treatment description and a handwritten note "applied cnd 3 app".  I noticed that my lawn had some brown patches right after the treatment and called to discuss.  I left a voicemail and never heard back until a few days later when the Operations Manager came out and left a property evaluation with a thorough description of what he saw and what may be issues including the possibility that we may need to have a fungicide treatment.  This is all good information to know but I was wondering why this was not on my service invoice so I left another voicemail asking why the tech did not mention anything at all about the lawn or any potential issues.  I did not hear back from anyone so I called today and fired them.

"Really well. Two workers showed up on time and came to the door to make sure I knew they were there and to confirm the work. Another representative stopped by about an hour into the project to make sure everything was going well and to make sure we didn't have any concerns or additional needs. The team worked hard from the time they arrived and completed everything in 3.5 to 4 hours. My wife and I are pleased with the outcome and how everything looks."

"The installation went very well. It has been 3 months since the installation and the lawn looks terrific. Some of the preparation work was done on 5/24/16 and the remaining preparation work was completed and the sod installed on 5/25/16. Nick's crew were hard workers and cared about the quality of their work. Nick was very good about answering my questions during the entire process and gave me watering instructions at the end. He has also answered questions for me after the installation. Nick also helped me with a problem that was not his fault. A healthy crop of nutsedge sprang up from the sod from Super Sod. This was Super Sod's lack of quality control, not anything that Intrinity Landscaping did. Nick got Super Sod to give me two packets of Sedgehammer+ turf herbicide to spray on the nutsedge to kill it. Some areas where they can improve: 1) I think more time should have been allowed to kill off the existing vegetation. 2) the crew should have done a better job of evenly spreading the black leaf compost; I had to ask them to spread it better. The area where they dumped it had way too much and other areas of the yard did not have enough, or any at all. 3) The unlucky new guy on the crew struggled rolling the 270 lb. roller and should have had some help, thus doing a better job of removing air pockets and ensuring the sod roots are in contact with the soil underneath. I would use Intrinity Landscaping again without hesitation; there is no need to obtain a proposal from another company."

"Their cost is pretty good. When we were looking at companies that kind of spray for we had a lot of trees and stuff in the backyard. We were trying to find something that could control the mosquito population, and they were using natural stuff. It wasn't so harsh to the environment, and they were the one of the only ones in our research that offered that service and chemicals were mild. They also did a termite inspection and stuff, so we really discontinued the contract with the termite service and realized that they offered the other services for the other things. They put in dehydration systems in houses to control moisture levels which could potentially lead to mildew and stuff like that."
