"Schwalb Builders did a good job with my basement remodel. I hired Sean and his team after a competitive quote and giving me confidence his team could finish the job in two months. His team was organized, respectful and reliable. They started the next day after we signed the contract and worked Mon-Sat (8-6). COVID picked up in the second week of our project. The team was respectful of our house and brought materials in through the basement window. There were a few gaps in communication so my only recommendation would be to stay on top of your project. All materials were included which was great for stress but make sure you properly plan and communicate what materials you want. Check work daily and give feedback if anything needs to be changed. They'll fix it! Overall, I'm very happy with how my basement turned out. I quoted several other companies including referrals. Schwalb Builders came at a fair price, performed quality work, and completed the job on schedule. I would recommend his team for your project."
