The other issue is that the new concrete was not level at all which has caused issues with the new flooring I installed. "They came out inspected the foundation and told me there were a couple of small cracks and it was caused by normal settling of the house over time. They said it did not need to be repaired. I asked about the cracks in my garage cement floor. They told me they could repair it for several thousand dollars. They it was normal for the floor to crack. They only recommend repairing it if the cracks rise an inch or two and become a safety hazard. Then he explained how I could make the repair myself. I am very appreciative of their honesty and offering a less costly solution. They did not have to do."

"We had a part of our roof which had rotted away. I called them up around March 15th 2012, and since it was a small job they were going to squeeze us in when they had a half day open. Eventually August was when it was repaired. This is ok because other than severly heavy rain, the roof didn't leak. Also our area was hit recently by bad flooding so I know they were busy. But they came out and got the roof replaced in that half day and it looks great!
