"We started out rough - the flooring guy they sent didn't know what he was doing by the end of the 2nd day, the floor was a total mess. I sent the Installation Manager an email who as soon as he saw the message the called of the first installer and sent in a Super Star the next day. As soon as the new installer looked of the 2 days worth of flooring he called the Manager and report it all had to be torn up and replaced. And that's exactly what they did - COMPLETELY! Also, the flooring that was being put down looked nice in the sample but on the floor it was too dark. I called the Manager and asked since it all had to be taken up could we select a different color - NO PROBLEM! Done and it all looks great. My only question is how did a non qualified tech get sent to do the job in the first place???"

During the project, it was mentioned that removing the old floors took longer than expected, followed by a comment that they wouldn’t charge extra for it. That felt unnecessary, since the timing estimate should have been accounted for upfront. Also, I noticed a few small holes in the bathroom grout. It’s a small space and not a major issue, but something I think could have been tightened up a bit more. Overall, the final result looks great, and I’d still consider them for future projects, but a bit more attention to communication and finishing details would make the experience even better."
