"Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.

There was a problem with the chimney caps and did not plug up all the bird holes. I asked and they also said they would replace the gutters and kept finding things to charge me more for. They did not get the quotes right on a majority of the work done. Communication could be much better since different people handled different aspects of the job."
