"There were very punctual and called ahead of time.  We were told that the furniture arms are only stapled on, not nailed in place.  I was surprised because I was under the impression that their products were of good quality.   He did fix the arm of the couch and we are not able to recline both sides.   I had to do a little clean up after their drilling and pounding.. But not terribly bad.  The two gentlemen were polite, and solved the problem, with no additional charges. I don't think I would use this provider in the future, not because of the repair service, but because I am dissatisfied with the quality of their products. <br />"

She was knowledgeable in many areas regarding event planning from ordering invitations, table arrangements, flowers, decorations, and managing the details. Her suggestions were catered to our desires. Her experience is vast and she used her knowledge to make the event everything we wanted it to be. She coordinated with the Caterer, Venue, DJ and Photographer to make the Wedding a huge success. I was able to be a guest at my son's wedding and I enjoyed every minute of the day. I would use her services again."

"It went absolutely wonderful. They go into an accordion and disappear into the window. A couple of the shades didn't want to go up right and they came back out and said that the windows were too big for that type of shade. They apologized and told me to pick out whatever I wanted. They took them all down and put up the new ones. They were gracious and great. Anyone that is looking for draperies or shades should check into this company because, they are very good. They brought samples of materials and shades so I could see what it would look like in my house. The guy that owns the company came out and showed me everything. When it came time for the installation, one guy came out. He put them up and it took him about two hours. He cleaned it all up. They are a little pricey and I feel they are really worth it."

"It is so easy to work with Lorraine Curley. She is very, very motivated, knowledgeable, funny and prompt. Even if you are not used to working with a designer, you will find her very approachable and friendly. Why have you not heard of her around town? Because she does not advertise. Why does she not advertise? Because she is that good. You can see from my review how word of mouth is working for her. One of the things I truly appreciate about Lorraine's expert assistance is that she has prevented me from making expensive design mistakes. She sees things you might never think of for your home. She thinks of ways you might arrange your furniture in your room that you would never, ever have thought of no matter how much you think about it. As a certified designer, Lorraine has access to all the things available only to the design trade. She also works with great contractors so it takes away the worry of hiring the right people, too. All the people she recommended that I have used, including base painters, faux painters, ironworkers, and drapery hangers have been excellent. She can work with you to select colors, furniture, drapes, lighting, do furniture placement, and/or direct an entire design process from the bare walls out. I have one spectacular family room, and it looks that way because she was with me for every decision. You will, with her assistance, figure out what style you want, and all the things that might go along with it. She mails things I might be interested in from time to time, directed me to good catalog sources, etc. I'm one of those people that has to find things myself sometimes, like accessories, and she has no problem with that, although she can pick stuff out if you'd rather leave it up to her. Also she understood I couldn't hire her to do a gigantic project all at once. Her assistance with draperies has been invaluable. I'll find a picture in a magazine and her workroom makes the drapes appear on my windows. One custom-made roman shade had a problem soon after it was installed with the string you raise and lower the blind with, and she immediately came and got it, took it back to the workroom, fixed it and had it re-installed with no charge. When do problems go away without more problems? With the service like you get from a top quality designer like Lorraine Curley."
