"I contracted Level Home Services through Costco for a full A/C and furnace replacement and have been satisfied with their service at every point so far. The initial inspection to get a quote was extremely thorough and informative, and they gave me several options at different price points, all of which beat the other vendors I was looking at. When it was time to actually complete the work, the technicians were prompt, professional, helpful, and courteous. After 2 full days of work, they walked me through everything they did in detail and answered all my questions. By the time they left, the only sign anyone had been here was the shiny new equipment in my basement and yard -- no mess/dirt anywhere (except my own). It was a big job so it was pricey, but definitely money well spent and I would not hesitate to hire them again."

"It took them 11 weeks to get my shower door installed! They were less than honest about my order throughout. Ultimately I didn’t even get what I initially ordered. They claim they told me the item I ordered was no longer available. They did not. When I emailed or called them to check on the status of my order, I never got a response. After 6 weeks of inaction on their part I finally contacted another sales rep and started to get answers. Not honest ones, but at least they were answers. I was told the door would be in in a couple of weeks. After 8 weeks the installation crew arrived with a door. NOT the door I ordered, but a door. I went to the office the next day and got a lot of bs from my sales person. She told me she had told the item I ordered was not available and I’d have to order something else. At this point I should have walked away, but I’m a slow learner. I ordered something else. They made a mistake on the order, but corrected it when I called them and sent them an email about it. 11 weeks after my initial order the door was installed. The install crew did an outstanding job. When this ordeal was over I wrote a letter to the owners detailing my experience with their company. I got no response. I wasn’t surprised. I do not recommend using this company."

I gave her the specs of the unit & she calmly took notes for the technician. Jimmy texted on his way, arrived timely & had all the necessary parts stocked in the truck! He completed the changeout in record time & accepted credit card payment. The entire process couldn't have went any smoother! The new Zoeller unit runs so quiet, I don't hear it at all in the house. After seeing the shooting plume of water, I informed Craig the SM & his followup exceeded my expectations. Great team to work with; excellent service, fair price! Ten Stars!"

"Exactly as described in the discussion with the estimator. The price was the best of the estimates. In addition to price, the reason I hired them was because of their experience and everything seemed very well organized. The process involved several steps in part because BGE was involved and inspections were needed but that was known from the start. In all, everything took about 3 months. I was impressed with the people that came and their planning and work were excellent."
