"The estimate they provided was very detailed, including pictures of the roof.  They explained everything they thought had to be done,   Additional soffits were installed to improve circulation.  Several sheets of plywood had to be replaced.  The chimney needed tuck pointing, a new cap, and new flashing.  The work was performed by a crew that worked very hard, pretty much non-stop through the days they were at the house.  If something needed to be discussed they found me right away to discuss and keep me informed.
The most important thing is that during the spring after the work was done I had a slight leak at the corner of the chimney.  It happened after a hard rain.  I contacted Bill, the president, and he sent a crew out to fix the problem.  After the first try there was still a problem.  He sent out another crew and they completely re-did the flashing around the chimney and re-sealed the brick. After that we had a couple of hard rains and no leak re-appeared.  
I very much appreciate that Bill and the company stood behind their work and corrected the problem in a timely fashion.

The company was very easy to work with and it was just a great all around experience! They kept us informed about the project expectations all through the process. They installers arrived on time at 8:00 am and were finished by 4:00 in the afternoon. They covered our hardwood floors and carpeting with tarps and also covered our vanity and stool so there wasn’t any damage or dust on anything. They removed our whirlpool tub and the surrounding wall to begin the process.
