"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. "The technicians that came to install our HVAC system were super friendly and accommodating to my many requests about locations of the furnace, vent pipes, the condenser wiring, piping, and the condenser itself. When I asked for a 90 degree boot feeding two registers so the piping could stay high, a technician made a run to a store and found them. I want to give a shout out to Danny Aguilar who installed the furnace with Edgar and Victor. Grant Duran with Jose and Richard did an amazing job installing the vent pipes. Finally Adolph Garcia with Gabriel and later several other technicians I previously mentioned all worked to install the AC system (condenser and its plumbing + electrical). They worked late into the day to complete the job. I was very demanding in where I wanted things installed and requested changes on a regular basis but in all cases I was accommodated."

"I'm very happy with the work that was done by Landmark construction and energy crew. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system. "What: NOT Plumbing. Electrical wiring for/and installation of flood lights above garage door, side walkway to backyard, and backyard. Also installed porch light. Pros: On time, courteous Comments: Backyard floodlight was on all day & all night and on the same electrical source of the lights in the laundry room light and side walkway to backyard. The only way to turn it off was to turn off the electrical switch in the box, which turned off all 3 lights mentioned above. The flood lights were supposed to be on, with a timer, only during dark hours, but either it was on all night because they tied it to the laundry & walkway "wire" or electrical switch, OR they didn't put it on timer, or some other reason. They sent another team out to fix the issue within the next few weeks. Recommendation: Buy your own light fixture, inform YOU want to pick and have them install. Otherwise, they go with their own vendor and the alternative did not look anything like the style we wanted."
