"This was my first experience with each of the services that Burrous Bros. provided.  I was surprised at what seemed to be a higher cost than I expected.  Frank Burrous explained that the products for sealing and stain resistant treatments are costly.  I decided to proceed with the work since it isn't done very often. <br /> Frank and the Burrous staff were outstanding.  Frank followed with me throughout the scheduling, estimating, and service processes. He asked if I had any questions about the items he estimated or the services that would be performed.  Didier the technician was very professional doing the work and had tools to make sure that the long hose from his van through my home didn't mark up the walls.  He was very methodical and paced himself to ensure that the work was done completely and thoroughly. <br /> Once finished, I was given printed information on what action to take (if any) to keep each of the items optimally clean and, if necessary, to call if there were any issues or dissatisfaction. After the work was completed, I was contacted again by Frank to confirm whether or not I was satisfied with the work done as well as asked if I had any questions. <br /> In my estimation, the name Burrous means GREAT customer satisfaction.  I recommend them to anyone who is considering similar type of cleaning services for their home or business. <br />"

"We were very satisfied with our granite counters from Artistic Stone. Deborah Daniels was very easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. She helped us with many good suggestions. They took a lot of time moving slabs around so that we could see and select the ones we liked best. The demolition was fast, and the two men cleaned up quite well afterward. Demolition and installation was on schedule. <br /> We purchased 61 sq feet of pre-fab counters in River Gold Light. We had one 42" wide counter area that had to be cut to fit into a deep window pocket. Unfortunately, this slab broke in transit to our house. This was our favorite of the 4 slabs we bought, and we were very disappointed. Also, the 42" slab we bought was the only one, so we could not try again with a replacement slab. The installers were able to salvage 75% of it, and we ended up with an extra seam to piece in a new smaller piece (25.5" wide) for the broken part. Artistic Stone was very helpful in finding a slab that would come close to matching what was broken. And the installers came back on a Sunday to complete the job! The moral of the story is: Granite can break. If you buy the last piece of pre-fab granite, and it breaks, you will have to make compromises to get your job done. <br /> But even with this one problem, we would still recommend Artistic Stone. They have a good selection of pre-fab stone. The price was right, the job was done well, and the installers were very polite and accommodating. We are satisfied with our counters and we would hire them again in the future. <br />"

"I viewed the slab and it was a perfect match.  Jack consulted with me on changes to the sink design to prevent this cracking from happening again.  He and his team came one time and did a quality job not only replacing the counter but installing the new sink, faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher air gap.  The work was excellent and done on time at the price quoted.  Jack was very responsive with my questions over both email and phone."

"We recently hired Tony Cacharelis (tile contractor from "Pro Tile") to finish a bathroom project in our Oakmont home. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished product. Working to accommodate my timeline, Tony advised me of the prep work I needed to complete before the tile work could start. Tony followed up 2-3 times before I was ready to start the tile work. When the tile work began, Tony provided a schedule of work and consulted with my wife and I throughout the process. A true professional. Tony arrived on time daily, finished each step of the process as he described, cleaned up daily, and he provided options to us along the way...which my wife particularly enjoyed. The finished product is absolutely beautiful! Accordingly, we intend to hire Pro Tile to do the tile work in our upcoming kitchen and mud room remodel this year as well. We are recommending Pro Tile to our friends and neighbors (many who stopped by to view the work process). Good job Tony!"

"Cynthia at Artistic Tile and Stone was great. She clearly has been in the tile business a long time and knows all about the different tiles and styles available now and in the past. I showed her my tile pictures and she instantly seemed to know what they were. They are older tiles (about 10 years old) and not available any longer. But she was able to right away identify exactly what kind of tile it is, when and where it was made. Amazingly, she had access to some of these tiles and she went ahead and got a couple pieces for me which are a perfect match. Cynthia is great and the customer service at Tile and Stone is top notch. That is where I will go from now on for all my tile projects."
