He thoroughly examined my system and its layout, and explained where the clog was explained could be occurring. He even gave me a bit of a history lesson on plumbing in old houses like mine, and the kind of problems that people typically face with them. He also told me exactly what he was planning to do, what equipment would be used, and how it worked. Worked on the problem for a couple hours until he got results. Very persistent! Cleaned up and sanitized the worksite as well. Also made a few suggestions as to some diagnostic measures I should look into to make sure I don’t run into the problem again. The only reason I checked "B" for Responsiveness is that CZ Plumbing had told me they would come the day before, gave me a time range, but then I heard nothing--when I finally reached Chuck late in the day, he explained that Zach had been working on a job out of cell phone range and was unable to contact anyone. We rescheduled for June 8th, the next day, and everything worked out very well. I realize that, in rural Maine especially, these things can happen. Luckily I work from a home office, so ultimately there was no problem and i wasn't inconvenienced.
