"Unexpected delays; job is not complete yet. No Problems. After old cabinet and wall removal, we had an inspection and got a surprise. The inspector requested we remove all drywall from ceilings in 2 rooms, kitchen and adjoining room (not in the Plan!). Bruce was patient explaining what was next, why the extra work and cost had to be, and the impact it would have on his timeline. He was very fair and made us feel confident about the project, though the whole ordeal was a stressful thing to deal with. All of this has set our finish date back. Which gives me the chance to do another review. I intend to post a before and after photo if allowed. Bruce has given us fair pricing and is thorough in answering all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and methodical. He's always patient, even with all of our change orders! I definitely want to hire him for other custom projects down the road. Photos included are original kitchen and pass-through that was removed. Tear out was ugly, so here's an up- to-date pic from today."

"Joe Kozlowski came out promptly to look at the problem and got us on his schedule.  He came to do the work within the time frame he had told us he would be available.  Arrived on time with all his equipment and completed the job quickly.  Everything was done perfectly and you could not tell that the siding had been removed and the underlying wood replaced.  He also took care of a few small fixes for us.  We will definitely use him for future larger projects.  His references gave him rave reviews (honest, reasonable and excellent work), and we agree.  . <br />"
