They also cleaned the rug and treated it with a stain guard. The whole project took almost 8 weeks---longer than I thought it should. But Minasian kept me informed through the process, and "comped" the materials charge (for the binding) for the delay. The pick-up and delivery occurred exactly at the appointed times."

"Working with 312 was one of the most painless experiences of home improvement we've ever experienced! We are in the midst of sprucing up a recently purchased home. As part of that, we replaced old and disgusting carpet in two upstairs bedrooms. We needed to match both the size, shape, grain, and stain of our pre-existing floors. Steve went above and beyond answering our questions and helping to find the floors that most matched what we had. The stain color wasn't perfect, but that was due to our choice of stains. However, the finish and grain look identical. The installation was near perfect; a far cry from the floors we've had in other homes/condos in the city. The were also impeccably clean; vacuuming both the hallway and the stairs on both days of the install. The demo and install crews were punctual and professional. I would highly recommend 312 for any wood flooring needs you have!"
