"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

Kevin is knowledgeable and straightforward in the advice and recommendations he offers. For the initial quote, Kevin arrived on the scheduled day and time and was patient with us over a 2 to 3-week period as we tweaked job specifics, styles, and strategies for what was (for me as a new landlord/2-flat owner) a fairly large job. McCann’s crew took as much care in installing windows in the rental unit as they did for those installed in the owner’s unit, and this meant a lot. There was attention to detail inside and out, particularly with the sealing/caulking/seams (super important in the context of windows and durability). Kevin’s in-office presentation of options was especially informative, and it helped us understand and appreciate that he is indeed a small business owner (which we were even happier to patronize for this reason).
