I did opt for a bacterial additive that I was NOT pressured into purchasing. I just figured if it made any difference in keeping the drain field from having issues it was well worth it. Included three-year monthly additive supply. Quality of Work - extra careful to check for water line into the house, thorough in the pump out and carefully replaced the dirt and raked the area. Of course, I will need sod but that just goes with having a septic system pumped regardless of who does it. Friendliness - everyone in the crew was friendly and courteous, like they were your neighbor."
