"This gentleman realized the reason my water heater was spewing water, after only six years, was because there was no regulator on the water coming into the house and it was coming in at 150psi! He replaced the water heater and when I smelled gas afterwards he double checked all the pipes, including the gas pipes, and fixed the gas leaks, on an old pipe for the gas, immediately. Everything has worked wonderfully since!"

"I had an outside faucet that started leaking. I was very tempted to try to fix it myself or even have one of my neighbors attempt it. After all, ;replacing washers should be easy! Right? However, since the faucet had probably been in place for 30 or more years and I have no working water shut off valve to the house, other than at the street, I was hesitant to let anyone but a professional try the repair. It did turn out only a professional could fix it. It was more than just a washer...the valve also needed replacing. The faucet was very old and that valve is no longer made, even the handle was brittle, frozen on the stem, and the shut off valve inside the house was frozen with age. I tried Angis.
