They quickly cleaned the gutter without doing anything about the downspout and were about to leave. Good thing I was there to watch because I had to ask them to clear the downspout and pour water down the gutter to make sure things were actually clear, otherwise they would have just left. Pouring the water is essential to help find different areas in the downspout that were clogged. If you cannot be there, you should reschedule your cleaning."
