"I called Jon after an unsuccessful call back from other plumbing company. He was scheduled to come out on saturday and while he did show up, he did show up late.  i assume he's a busy guy.  i had cleared the cabinets, removed drywall to expose the pipes to make it easier to work and sure enough, he was in and out in 20 minutes.  He replaced two sections of busted pipe and then reconnected them.  i thought the price was fair.  
he does provide some additional info on how to keep this from happening which i appreciated. 
i plan to call him for a future project estimate."

"They came out to see what type of repair needed to be completed and they did an excellent job of explaining the different options available for purchase. On day of repair, they were on time and kept everything nice and clean during the replacement process. They even fixed a minor issue they noticed while doing the replacement under the sink for no additional charge since they were working right there."

He did an tremendous job fixing busted pipes, had lines busted, he gave me an fantastic price, fixed the concrete, and everything. "Despite a bit of a miscommunication and us canceling on him twice, Matt was extremely accommodating, went out of his way to fit us in, and did great work. They used plastic sheeting to protect the entire bathroom and had exhaust running to outside. The smell isn't as awful as expected after reading other reviews. Just smells like spray paint.
