"My experience with Earth Friendly Service was a positive one. My husband and I recently purchased a house that needed some TLC. I reached out to EFS and then responded immediately. Within a few days Steve and Phil were out at my house to see what repairs were needed and to give an estimate. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. I received a couple other quotes but EFS was most reasonable as far as a balance of price and timeline for completion. We set a date to start and when they began the work, it was completed within a week. Steph was great. Detail oriented. Asked questions of my desires when there was uncertainty. "The light fixture was installed correctly. One faucet was only half installed. The other was installed but leaked because it was not installed properly. They rushed as they were more concerned about the time. It was supposed to be 1 person for 3 hrs or 2 for 1.5 hrs. With 2 people only one actually works and the other watches. I now have to hire a plumber to complete one installation and redo the other because water stands in the sink. Plumbing is obviously not their area of expertise!!!! Would never hire again."
