"A year ago, I hired VKB Kitchen & bath to build an additional master bathroom and renovated old bath. The great president, Paul P Ibrahimov assigned me a wonderful project manager, Will Vusal for my project. I am grateful to have Mr. Will to be my project manager. He and his team did an extremely marvelous job for the additional master bath and old bath remodel They look beautiful and credential. I have given 5 plus stars review for their job through google review. Today I want to recognize MR. Will, the project manager for his continuous responsible of customer care service and help to resolve any problems they have. He is doing his best to uphold the vkb company core values by guaranteeing a two-year warranty of the quality. Exp, my 88 years old mom was waiting for help with the removal of the shower drain filter to clean it. When I called Mr. Will for the help, he came by himself today to help to resolve the problem. My mom is happy she will be able to use her shower ag"

"Overall, I thought the person that came to my home to give an estimate of the patio we wanted to build was not very professional. She came up with a sketch for the patio which did not incorporate the design ideas that I wanted. She was willing to re-sketch the design 2 times to get it right, but then seemed to get annoyed that I asked questions about the materials that were being used, the options that were available...etc. Granted she may have been having a bad week, but I expected more. Ended up going with a different contractor and glad I did because the quote I got from them was $1000 less and I loved the job they did. 
Overall, I would give them a B-.

"Travis and Chris were a delightful team, arriving on time, staying with the job, and completing work as promised.  Even though I was at work during most of the job, Travis communicated routinely on email regarding status of the job. Also, Travis and Chris were careful not to recoat the deck during two days when rain threatened, and it did rain. I was surprised on how much sanding and prep work was accomplished before they applied the stain, but every home handyman knows 60-80 percent of the time associated with any repair or maintenance is in the preparation.  Three coats of stain were applied and work was completed on a Saturday, as Travis wanted to take advantage of good weather before the threat of rain came back into the forecast.  In addition deck re-coating, Travis repaired several spots on the underneath patio at minimal cost.  The price of the job was extremely fair - 50% paid before the work started and the balance after completion.  We would not hesitate to call on Graham Restoration for future work.

"Very well. Robert explained the work they would do and he coordinated tile, plumbing and countertop replacement. We had an early 80's kitchen that needed help but we didn't want a major renovation. They updated our cabinets with new, larger doors, painted the frames, added soft-close hinges, and constructed a new cabinet to replace a built-in desk. New backsplash, granite countertops, and hardware. Their work was a superb value and we're pleased with our new "bright" kitchen!"

"We selected this company for several reasons.  The salesman/estimator, Kip, was professional, knowledgeable, and interested in what we were trying to accomplish.  He had several creative suggestions.  Additionally, we were impressed with the explanation of the quality of the deck and patio that was to be constructed.  Finally, Steve Edwards, the owner of the company, was personable, knowledgeable, and was willing to work with us on price, including some extras that we asked for as the project was underway.  As far as construction goes, the deck carpenter, Reuben, is a master at his art.  (Kip, the salesman, had told us that we would be impressed with Reuben's work ethic and craftsmanship.  He wasn't kidding.)  Reuben had an assistant to help him tear down our old deck, dig new holes, and to cart down the wood, but for all intents and purposes, Reuben built the deck himself.  It looks beautiful (the lighting suggested by Steve, the owner, worked well) and is sturdy as a fortress.  Reuben was also very polite, kept the yard in order, making sure to clean up debris and tools at the end of every day.  We were also very pleased with the patio.  The construction crew was efficient, kept the debris cleaned up, and the patio and lighting are beautiful. The only issue we had was an electrical problem after the deck and patio were built.  Powerhouse wasn't as responsive as I had expected (based on the experience with the construction).  It took a few weeks to get someone out to look at it.  (In their defense, it was at the height of the construction season).  Ultimately, they solved the problem which had nothing to do with their workmanship and everything to do with our phone/TV service being on the same cirucut as the deck lighting.  The Powerhouse electrician diagnosed and solved the problem.  Bottome - We are very satisfied with Powerhouse.  I'd recommend this company to anyone.  It's personal service and high quality craftsmanship.

"Yaniel's Renovation LLC completed remodeling work, including putting in hardwood floors, installing cabinets, vanities, and doors, and interior painting. Francisco and his team worked to ensure that the home improvements were to my liking and that they were suitable down to the very last detail. "It took much longer than expected, part of this was due to inclement weather & 2 ft of snow. When installer came he noted that porch was not secure enough to place sunroom on.  Owner of company came out to inspect while shoring up was being done.TRS shored up porch. Installer knowledgable and helpful. During demoing & building of stairs, they tripped power to house 3 times, finally they took out old outlet from old porch and used other outside outlet.
Projected time to start was 11/14/15 & finish 12/14/15, was not started until mid Dec., and finished 2/25/16.  County did not issue permit until Dec. TRS might be a little more realistic about construction times. Built sturdy steps & landing and put in all new electric to sunroom. A few knobs for windows missing which they had to reorder and one screen not set in properly and bugs got in, and cover plate to electric box with wiring to porch was not put on. They did fix after a few calls. 
When dumpster removed from driveway, it knocked my A/C unit off its base, unit needs to be repositioned we are waiting to see what that will cost. 
TRS did send out a quality review staffer to go over the whole project when finished, which is rare, so it appears that they really want client feedback.
