"Mike is very friendly, and actually volunteered to do extra cleaning at no cost. He cleaned a set of carpeted steps at no charge, his idea. His equipment allows him to clean around heavy furniture so it is not moved. He did not move beds in the bedrooms but was able to get under them pretty far. I cleared out most chairs and table and took everything off horizontal surfaces. The carpets are clean and he did a very good job."

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "It went well. They were very helpful. I had some hard stains in the carpet that was hard to get out and they made sure they were did get that up. When they scrubbed air he rain the machine for an hour in each room. Really makes a difference, all the rooms smell so fresh. The customer service was excellent and I really do feel like the really do care about the work that they preform. This also helped with my sons allergies."

"Mr. McGuinty was on time and got to work quickly. When I scheduled the cleaning, I didn't think our rugs looked to bad, we just had a few "spots". By the time he arrived and my husband and I had moved the furniture I realized that they were dirtier than I thought. I could actually see where my furniture used to be. However, by the time he was done cleaning ALL of my rooms looked fabulous and I could no longer tell where my furniture had originally been. There were no spots at all, he even got up the red cough medicine out of my white carpet. My house looked and smelled great. I would definately recommend Covenant Cleaning!"
