"10/10 experience! Our sales manager Jaden was extremely helpful, working within our budget and giving us a heads-up on sales to save us money—zero high-pressure tactics. Josh (Construction Manager) and Noe’s crew are unbelievable. They worked incredibly fast and hard, even through heavy rain, with positive attitudes the entire time. Before this, we practically had a river flowing through our yard during heavy rain that was washing out our neighbors' landscaping too. Because it rained during installation, Josh and Noe were able to troubleshoot in real time, installing grading, French drains, and box drains that work flawlessly. They completely solved our severe runoff issues and turned our space into a safe, functional, and stunning backyard for our two young daughters. The full transformation from demo to finish took only 9 days. Highly recommend working with Josh, Noe, and the whole team!"

"I highly recommend this company. They were precise, on time, respectful, and darn good to work with. The owner is knowable and understood my vision. I intend to use him again for a remodel."

"Mr. Ross did a great job. Every detail was Mr. Ross did a great job. He answered every question and covered every detail in his work on my double entry doors to my home. I am very happy with the result."

"Amos does excellent work. On time and within the estimate. He replaced my deck and did such a good job that I want him to build a pergola for me in the future."

"Cesar is very detail oriented and fairly priced. I highly recommend him to do anything you need done! Excellent!"

"TNT used subcontractors who did a fine job but were not licensed in my city. Inspector put a stop work on the job. Took almost a week to resume work due to the city and lack of communication between TNT and the subcontractor. Yesterday's re-inspection says we need a handrail on the deck. I have texted TNT and not heard back yet. Tad is a bit slow to respond when things go wrong. He takes a day or two to text but doesn't often call back. I would like to hear back on the same day or at least by the next day. The salesman said it would be a 3 day job. So far it's been 2 weeks. I'm hoping they install the rail and get it inspected and finished this week. That will be 3 weeks."

"An absolute game changer. When we bought our first house, we had so many little things we needed fixed and had no idea what we were doing. From new faucets and sinks to window board repairs and electrical fixes, they did it all AND explained everything along the way so we could learn too. We plan to be return customers for years to come, you never know what else will pop up!"

"Rebuilt our deck, turned out beautiful and done very professionally. Dan accommodated our request for some changes and had good ideas for what we were looking for. Dan showed up everyday and was quick to meet our requested finish date. I would hire him again. In fact he is going to paint our entire home soon."

"living space and then extending the patio beyond it -- and the end result is honestly incredible. What used to be a space we could only use part of the year is now a true second living area we use all the time. The transition between indoor and outdoor feels super seamless, and the added patio space outside makes it perfect for hosting or just relaxing. Throughout the whole project, their team made the process feel manageable and well thought out. Everything came together exactly how we had hoped, and you can tell a lot of attention went into both the design and the build quality. It completely changed how we use our home -- couldn't be happier with how it turned out."

"Francisco Garcia did an excellent job finishing our basement. The work quality is excellent. The communication and flexibility throughout the project was excellent. The project finished on time within budget with zero surprises. Any concerns that arose were addressed expeditiously and professionally. I highly recommend Colorado Paradise Builders for your next project. The building inspections were coordinated by Colorado Paradise Builders and passed easily. We learned while talking to the inspectors that we had a gift by using Francisco as a general contractor. They mentioned other people in the business may not provide the level of customer service and professionalism which Colorado Paradise Builders demonstrated on our basement finishing project. I could not be more enthusiastic with a recommendation."
