Took almost a week to resume work due to the city and lack of communication between TNT and the subcontractor. Yesterday's re-inspection says we need a handrail on the deck. I have texted TNT and not heard back yet. Tad is a bit slow to respond when things go wrong. He takes a day or two to text but doesn't often call back. I would like to hear back on the same day or at least by the next day. The salesman said it would be a 3 day job. So far it's been 2 weeks. I'm hoping they install the rail and get it inspected and finished this week. That will be 3 weeks."
