"Two bathrooms in my property were backing up. I was extremely irritated because the same issue occurred 3 months ago and was supposedly fixed by another plumber. This time I called Jim to check it out. He found that the previous plumber used improper pipes and connectors and never tied the laundry to the septic. None of the previous work was done to code. He discovered the prior work required a permit which the previous plumber never pulled. Jim came in and replaced everything with the required materials and pulled all the correct permits. His work was inspected by the city and passed with flying colors. His service was superb! I love how he took the time to go over everything he was going to do in great detail. He also helped lay out how exactly I should go after the other plumber to get a refund and even offered to represent me in court. If thatâ s not great service then I donâ t know what is.
