"All the work went extremely well. The design discussions started several months before demolition. B&B is very thorough and patient with the planning phase, and bring up many excellent ideas for consideration. We did not use a separate architect or designer (other than for decorative items), instead drawing on the expertise of B&B. It was our request to minimize the time from demo to occupancy. Work was completed nearly on the schedule we had laid out, but we added a few additional items along the way. The follow up attention was also very good as B&B made several revisits with the cabinet manufacturer to replace a few components of the cabinets that were not 100% correct (matching color, etc.). They do not leave until the customer is 100% satisfied. ensure"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
