"Eli did the initial estimate for the floor install. It was an honest, not exaggerated, total square yardage estimate. As such, the cost estimate was reasonable and fair. (I had previously done my own square yardage measurement). From the start, I felt comfortable working with Eli and his referrals."

"Look no further. Book Five Star Flooring today. You will not be disappointed. They installed our LVP Floors and removed our old kitchen backsplash and installed a new one. Five Star Flooring is very responsive, top notch customer service, outstanding quality of work & they left our home cleaner than it was before they arrived. I will definitely use them again in the future when we replace the carpet in our bedrooms and remodel our master bath. They are an amazing team of people!"

"showed up on time with all materials, was polite, did not take any breaks except for lunch. Did an outstanding job."

"I had a wonderful experience! They were incredibly responsive from the start, and once we settled on a pricing that felt fair, they came to our home exactly as promised. They completed the work in just four days, starting with the vinyl on the first day and diving right into the tile work the same afternoon. Their dedication and hard work truly impressed me. They were not only skilled but also respectful and courteous throughout the process. I would absolutely hire them again without hesitation!"

"He was very professional and the price was unbeatable. The quality of the material was excellent and again he was professional, he even showed up 130 minutes ahead of schedule and was done in no time. I am and would recommend Victor for his services again."

"I hired Empire Flooring-Jacksonville for vinyl tile flooring, we signed a contract, I gave them a deposit, the work was suppose to start on 8/4/2021, there was a delay from my bank releasing the money, but they did receive it, now it has been over a week since I have heard from them and they will not return n my calls"

"Calvin hand built and installed a barn door for my recently remodeled master bathroom. He was diligent and very exact in his business. Would recommend him to anyone. Does beautiful work."
