"Confirmed appointment, executed plan for repair, I have clean clothes again !No more laundry mat blues. Thanks again!"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Don is very knowledgeable of the appliances he works on. I trust his talent and opinions on what should be done to correct any problems with the appliance. He is the only appliance repair service that responded to my call within 24 hours. Any other one I tried would have a week or two wait time before they would come out. I found a new appliance repair guy in Don. I will without a doubt call Don should I need any other repairs."

"Excellent service. Needed repairs on two refrigerators, gas range, and washing machine. After evaluation, advised washer not cost effective to repair. Repaired all other appliances. Great communication. On time for appointments. Would highly recommend to others,"

"Ben was quick to respond and maintenanced my washer and dryer… i thought I needed new ones however he assured me mine were still in great shape ( 25 year old machines) I was totally impressed and his cost was very reasonable"

"The clothes washer was not working. Ben responded quickly to my request for service. He diagnosed the problem and recommend that I purchase a new washer because the part was just as expensive as a new washer and hard to get. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient."

"Fantastic, I was expecting huge repair. It was only clogged drain filter."

"The repairman was on time and was able to repair my washer expertly. He worked quickly and had the washer repaired and working in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend Mark Appliance Repair and will use them for any future appliance repairs."
