This time I called Jim to check it out. He found that the previous plumber used improper pipes and connectors and never tied the laundry to the septic. None of the previous work was done to code. He discovered the prior work required a permit which the previous plumber never pulled. Jim came in and replaced everything with the required materials and pulled all the correct permits. His work was inspected by the city and passed with flying colors. His service was superb! I love how he took the time to go over everything he was going to do in great detail.
