"After buying this Big Deal and receiving word from Mike I notified him that I would be out of the country until after the 10th of December and would contact him when I was ready for the service to be performed. After I returned to my home and the Christmas Holidays with family and then the visit from the flu I did contact him the end of January beginning of February and a date was set up for the cleaning. Brandon was the nice young man that did the cleaning. The following day I noticed several deep swirl-like black marks on the living room carpet so I contacted Mike. There was a little mis-communication between Mike and myself and Brandon ended coming back twice to redo the carpets. The mis-communication was on MY part and I had thought that after I told Mike about the black spots that he was coming out for an inspection when it was Brandon coming out to redo the carpets. "I was very pleased with the work McIntyre did to my house. Dennis was punctual in coming out and giving me the bid. I decided to go with them after getting two bids. Not only were they the most reasonable but they also went into more detail as to what the repair involved and what the cost covered. A three year warranty is included with their work. I also appreciated Dennis working with me to schedule a date when I could be home for the repairs. They did an excellent job repairing the stucco, and they even went around my house and repaired places that needed minor repair too. You cannot even tell where the major repair was made because painted over the area with matching paint. My house looks great! I have recommended them to anyone needing stucco repaired."

"Came to do an estimate. Next came back to make a template and to confirm color, faucet and sink. Inspected what was sent and had to reorder due to the suppliers error. In one day demo'ed, rebuilt counter, ( lowered to one level ), fitted counter, polished surface, drilled faucet hole, sealed with silicon caulk, / adhesive, installed undercounted sink, caulked around, refitted dish washer and cleaned it all up and removed old counter. Excellant, shows pride in work and an artist zeal."
