"Travis was excellent. Very professional. He went into the attic to see where the leak is coming from, before giving estimate on repairing the assumed mold in the wall/ceiling intersection . Unlike others, who gave astronomic estimate without even looking . Their estimates didn’t include repair/replacement work that had to be done on the flex duct. All repairs were completed on time and based on my availability. The quality of work was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!"

"I had a phenomenal experience with GreenDry Carpet. My company contact, Melissa, was very helpful and accommodating. She readily gave me adjusted estimates as my information changed and quickly setup the date I'd selected for the job. Bryan arrived on schedule with his assistant and very quickly got to work measuring the space and providing a final estimate (which only changed from the original because I added in the lanai). In less than four hours they cleaned and dried all the carpet and tiles in the entire 2000 sqft apartment and lanai plus added carpet protector and sealed the tile grout. This is a move in, so I'd just had the walls and baseboards painted - yet the men left not one mark on them. The entire time they were professional and unobtrusive (4th floor apartment required hoses draped outside to attach to their truck for tile cleaning) so no neighbors had reason to nor did complain. In fact, three neighbors came and saw the finished product and now want their carpet and tiles done! I would and am recommending GreenDry Carpet and will use them again to maintain the beautiful appearance they restored to my carpets and tiles."

"This is the 2nd time I've used Heaven's Best. Both times the work has been exceptional. This time around I had 6 rooms of carpet and a sofa, love seat and ottoman cleaned. I also went all in and selected some of their other options for treatment. They also cleaned my tile and grout and sealed it in my kitchen and breakfast nook. Jim and particularly Keith are very professional and punctual and answered all of my questions that I had. I hear that they are a little higher price-wise but as far as I'm concerned, you get what you pay for and they do a great job. I will definitely be hiring them again."

"Because we had moved our furniture into the tiled kitchen that Mike would run his water hose through, I asked him if there was any chance the hose might leak and cause damage to our furniture. He assured us that it was not a concern of his. Mike arrived on time and did a pre-treatment spray on the stains that we were hopeful would be removed. Unfortunately after cleaning all carpets, the stains remained. We asked if he could spend more time to remove the stains, but were told he needed to get to his next job. Needless to say we were disappointed. Well there WAS water on the kitchen floor that had occurred during the cleaning process. As Mike was gathering up the hoses, I started wiping up the floor fearful that my furniture would get wet or someone would slip on the tile floor. He did not offer to help clean up and did not seem concerned that his service had not met our expectations. On the positive side, the carpet was very clean except for the stains.  <br />"

"The initial estimate & setting the date went smooth.  Jason showed up on time, but I was working and my husband was at home. I had asked my husband to ask them to clean up before they left but some how it came across (via my husband) that I wanted them to clean the grout first.  So cleaning solution was put down & Jason said he would have to return on Monday to finish.  When I got home this left me totally confused & frustrated as I did not ask for my grout to be cleaned but to be replaced, so I called Jason and he said he thought this was the communication from my husband (which I believe to be true-my hubby does get confused some times).  But Jason assured me this would not change the estimate and was very kind to me though I was very upset;  he explained everything to me in detail so I would have a full understanding.  He showed up on time for the second visit and finished the job by re-grouting my tile as I asked.   The price he quoted is what I paid and I think it was fair.  Even with all the confusion it turned out being a pleasant experience and the patience he had with me, I would DEFINITELY hire him again. <br />"
