They arrived precisely on time.  They were very polite and willingly did everything that we asked.  We had some containers so that the oil remaining in the tank could be reclaimed and we requested them to fill these containers.  I watched them work and they were very pleasant  and did not mind my observing.  They asked me if I wanted to keep any of the parts that they removed.  All the work was done efficiently and carefully.   They  left the work area very neat and clean when they finished.  The area at the front of the house where the fill and vent pipes  was completely  and neatly covered without any disruption of the landscaping.  We were very happy with the way the job was completed.

"We hired Backyard Experts for a retaining wall replacement and I was pretty happy with the overall outcome until I noticed an issue with the grade/slope of the wall. When I brought it to Ronnie's attention he didn't hesitate to acknowledge the issue and immediately told me he would address it. Within a couple of weeks he had another crew out to the house and they didn't do any half measures. They demo'd and re-built the wall. Excellent, responsive customer service after the sale. I plan on contacting Ronnie again for future hardscaping needs."

Everything went very well beginning with communication about scheduling, promptness in doing the job and professionalism.  While the steps were done most competently from beginning to end, the walkway and patio work was not quite up to "excellent" but only due to lack of attention to the finishing touches, such as cleaning the polymer sand off the pavers in several areas.  Also, a couple of end pavers became loose and so far Scot has not responded to my request to fix it.  I am sure he will eventually. Aside from these relatively minor flaws, I definitely recommend Affordable Masonry and will use their services again if and when the opportunity presents itself.
