"Mike, the owner, was able to accommodate our tight schedule. He graciously gave us an appointment for a free consultation in under a 24-hour window, and even showed up early! We needed for him to tell us if discoloration in the attic (of a house we are hoping to purchase) was mold. He got in to action right away and, to our pleasant surprise, he said that the attic appeared to be clear of mold and advised that we need not pursue more extensive (more expensive) mold testing, unless we just really felt compelled.
