I had hired Zink's to deep clean and refinish all the hardwood floors in my home.  Ryan showed up precisely on time and ready to go - he assured me he could take care of all the areas that I pointed out I was concerned with - however he had concerns that the work he provides would actually take care of some issues HE found and, while he assured me his work would make it better, he recommended that I get a different service done (that he DOESN'T do) and I call him in a couple of years!!!  He could have easily done the work I hired him to do and collected the money and that is that.  CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONESTY IS ALIVE AND WELL AT ZINKS!  Although I did not get the deep cleaning or refinishing done yet, I fully recommend this company and definitely will be calling on them for future work on carpeting, upholstery and the hardwood floors!
