"I hired Yari based on positive Angie's List reviews.  Overall, I'd give him a luke warm rating, and MIGHT use him again, though would probably investigate some other options first.  The work done overall was good, however...

The clean-up was poor.  There was a LOT of small broken tile bits and dust left over after they replaced the kitchen tiles.  I have cats (as they saw), and they could have very easily tracked sharp small bits of broken tile on their paws from the loads of it left on the kitchen floor and in the grooves where the grout is.  When they repaired the broken stucco outside, they left dust and debris at the site and obviously threw the remaining water/plaster/mortar/whatever mix through a fence and into my neighbor's yard (am going to try and attach pix - I think I can do that here).  The price he quoted me was for parts and labor ASSUMING I had all those parts already.  I had to go myself with one of his workers to a nearby plumbing supply store to pick up needed items.

He was very responsive in person and by phone, and very cordial and prompt.  The work was decent enough.  I don't know enough about home repairs and contracting to know how fair the price was, but it seemed to be in the ballpark. 

Overall recommendation : Proceed, but with caution, and make sure you're clear from the outset what exactly your needs are and what exactly he's promising to provide.  And make sure they clean up properly before leaving."

I don't have to pay anything. If my refrigerator goes bye bye they will replace it for free. They are very professional. We have had them for year. They also came here for my stove because something when wrong with the door, the oven door. I have a commercial oven and he door just won't shut so something when wrong with it, and they fixed it. "None of the window tracks or ledges were cleaned.  They cleaned the windows in the french doors, but didn't clean the door above the handle...or many other door that I can see.  They steam cleaned my laminate floors instead of using a proper cleaner for wood floors and now they are dull.  Plus they only cleaned some of the floor...some they did not.  I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone.
