Latif (owner) was punctual, polite and insightful into his products and the quality of workmanship his crew could provide. He impressed us with his attention to details about the finer points of the upcoming work project, as well as educating us about industry trends and products. We believe that the products Latif sells are of superior quality, and areconfident they will hold up/look nice throughout the years. Concerning the service provided: His work crew (Jose/Assistants) was extremely polite and professional, showing up early - as we anticipated. They took the utmost care to work around some furniture items left in the rooms to be carpeted. The flooring and carpeting projects were finished right on time, according to schedule - with no loose ends to be completed later. I was amazed at the care taken to keep our home clean and un-smudged from all their installation projects. It was quite obvious that Renaissance Floor Carpet staff truly respected their customers. "Pleasant father and son team, with son taking the lead. They quoted a price to come out and assess, but did not charge for doing so, although we had call them the day of the appointment to remind them of the appointment. They made sure to mention in the initial phone call that they buy and sell houses as well. They came out and once we mentioned that we were soon selling our house, they were more concerned with telling us what repairs needed to be done in the entire house, than with focusing on the repair they were requested to assess. The estimate was for $1500-$8000, depending on if we just wanted the repair of the shower leak or the entire bathroom redone. There was an access panel, which they saw and pointed out at the visit, that could have been an option to use for the repair, but instead their estimate was for the route of repairing through the tiling in the bathroom. We went with a different plumber and got the shower repaired done for under $100."
