"I contacted Icon for a quote and Jose came out and gave quotes for a split HVAC system giving several options and prices. We agreed on an instal date and Jose let me know he was en route and came right on time and completed the job in a few hours and determined the system was operational . He did a GREAT JOB . And I felt his pricing was more than competitive."

"The owner of Apex Residential Services and the men working for him were on time and professional. I was given the choice of appointment times that fit my availability. Apex kept the set schedule. Very proficient and knowledgeable in their work. Communication is phenomenal as they explained everything from what they were doing to why and what they were looking for. The owner worked with his guys instead of standing around or giving orders. Would highly recommend Apex Residential Services for maintenance, service and repair of your system. Would highly recommend for replacement also. Apex tells you the truth and facts and then gives you options."

"My only negative consideration is the hourly fee. That has kept me from hiring them on other occasions."

"Discounting the machine that broke and delayed the cleaning, everything was great. The men were very courteous and polite and very efficient. I was very happy with them."

"D'Vode was the tech that came to my home. He was prompt, courteous and very good at his work. He was great about explaining exactly what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. I had both a repair and the installation of a central air cleaner. I was very pleased and would highly recommend ARS for your A/C needs."

"Excellent price. Great work, efficient, polite, timely. Also paid attention to cosmetic details. Went above and beyond."

"John was great and really helped me out when my HVAC system stopped working. Very professional and super nice. Installed the full system and hauled away the old stuff very quickly. I highly recommend this company!!!"

"Jim with North Alabama Technical Services removed some items from my computer so that I could send emails and attend to items I needed to address that day. As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."

"I cannot express my gratitude to Derryberry’s Air and Heating of Gallatin. We found them online through Angie’s List and we checked reviews there and on Yelp. We purchased our new home prior to completing the sale of our old one. My husband moved into our new (previously owned but vacant) home and found that the HVAC was inoperable in the middle of the Polar Vortex winter weather system. We received several estimates, and Derryberry’s was not he cheapest, but their expertise, thoroughness, quality of the equipment, and willingness to work with my husband (a talented DIYer) made them our first choice. These guys knew their business. From the initial estimate meeting, to the scheduling and installation, everything went smoothly, as promised, no surprises, etc. They completely tore out the old heat pump and venting system, installed ALL new venting runs, upgraded gas lines (we changed from electric to propane) insulated all venting and installed a wireless thermostat, condenser, ION air purifier and HVAC. They cleaned up daily (this was a BIG project) and discussed all installation parameters or changes with my husband prior to doing anything. We liked the quality of their services so much, that we just had them return to quote us a secondary unit for an upstairs bonus room and zoned AC system for an enclosed solarium. My husband said that each of the workers, said goodbye and shook his hand each day upon leaving. Little things count. Thorough, honest, quality service providers. Thank you."
