"Michael was a little early, which was great. He was very thorough and professional. After making a quote to replace the water line from the meter to the house, he looked one more time for leaks. Low and behold Michael found our water purification unit was the culprit. All we had to do was pay the service fee and he saved us thousands. Highly Recommend!"

"Sanchez Services LLC arrived on time, gave me a good price and did an excellent job of installing a new AOSmith water heater with an expansion tank."

"Excellent, friendly service with a prompt response time. Exceptionally informative when explaining the problems we were having with our pipes leading to our water heater and fully discussed the best course of action to fix it."

"They are very professional and punctual. We were pleased with the installation of our shower."

"I had him install a water heater and whole home water filtration awhile back. He was professional, cleaned up after himself, and was decently priced. I appreciated that he held to his word even after a couple bumps in the road. I don’t have any photos of it when it was done but it is behind my wall"

"We had a problem with water leaking from our upstairs shower to the kitchen below.  Advantage Plumbing was able to send a plumber the day we called and although they were a few hours later then they originally said, they were able to find the problem and fix it that day."

"Great. From the moment I called and spoke to Lou Ann until the serviceman arrived, every one was cordial and helpful. Kevin was prompt, calling when I was told he would. He was very professional, as well. The problem was indeed what I had thought. He fixed it in a timely manner and even checked the water line on the back of the fridge to make sure all was well there. My price, based on my initial diagnosis of the problem, was as quoted which included trip charge & tax. I will definitely call on them again for appliance repair."

"Basic work, nothing great, nothing bad.
