"Jason was very punctual and professional. I appreciate that he came after 5pm to replace a shut off valve. I was concerned that the weather would change and my pipes would freeze. He replaced the valve and now I do not have worry about it. His work was clean and efficient. He also gave me some good advice on other pipes that he noticed were loose. I will make sure they are secured properly. I can do this myself. The cost was less than expected. I would defiantly use this service again and will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family."

"I've worked with many contractors over the years and JJB is the best I've worked with for residential remodeling. That's no small statement. JJB is responsive, communicative, on-time and on-schedule, does not cut corners, always willing to tackle new issues or problems that arise during construction, respectful of neighbors / other tenants, and very fairly priced for the quality of work that they provide. We even had some city permitting issues from prior construction that JJB was able to take on and get cleared up. I can't express how much headache this saved me! On top of being great contractors, Joe and Jeff and their team are also just great people - very personable, easy to communicate with, and a pleasure to be around. They really desire to make their customers happy and to do good work. You won't find any cheap shortcuts or shoddy work with this team. I was told by the man who answered the phone that Angie's List was previously notified that there service needed to be cancelled because they are booked out to 2015. The guy was very apologetic and said that he would tell his boss to call Angie's list again to cancel this "Big Deal"."

We were overwhelmed and unprepared for a remodel, but Roger walked us thru every step of the process. He made sure we understood the process and the costs before we started. His crews did great work and he was there to check the work at every step, calling them back if it was not done to his or our standards. We were very happy with the frequency and ease of communication we had with Roger, the transparency of the process and the outcome.
