When we called them back to say we found gouges on two boards they did not try to assess blame, instead they sent a person out to replace these boards at our convenience. It is a rare find today to find a company that has a desire to do quality work at a fair price. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online.  Bob, the sales rep, came to the house with several carpet samples.  He was very helpful and cordial and quoted us a fair price.  The installation was scheduled for the next day.  The two men who installed were very professional and courteous, and completed the job in about one hour.  Overall, we had a great experience with Empire and would definitely recommend them. <br />"
