"The project went great, from the first phone call to the end of the job. We were called a day before to confirm the arrival time, and the work crew arrived on schedule. It turned out they had some additional material from a previous job that day, so they actually repaired a bit more of the wall than had been agreed on, which we really appreciated. When we originally scheduled the job, we were given information on other services that Pioneer Basement provides, but at no time were we given any sales pitches. We're very confident that we picked the right firm to do our foundation repairs -- we'll definitely call them first for any similar work, and will recommend them to friends."

"Paul the technician was great. He was professional and informative. I have some foundation issues in my basement and he was able to waterproof everything that was a problem for a decent price. Highly recommended"

"Lenny Miranda and Izaiah Ramos did an amazing job on our basement! They were efficient and kept us updated every step of the way! It looks great and is now fully waterproofed!"

"I was very pleased with the job they did. They resolved the water problem I had I my basement. They were very professional. The owner spent quite a lot of time initially determining where the water was coming from and then with his crew resolved the problem. I highly recommend this company."

"Still waiting for the job to be done but best price for what needs to be done."

"DryZone Basements kept me up to date on my Appointment, called the morning of, arrived on time, checked in with me at the beginning to review scope of work, set up a dust barrier, two (2) workers and the job lead, worked hard throughout the time here. The lead would check in with me in intervals, they were open to answering any questions. Upon finishing, the lead took me around the whole job, explained the work, and allowed me to ask any questions, and provided me responses, and cleaned up the work area very well. Hopefully, we will never have to use, but definitely worth the piece of mind. Thank you."

"I've come across some very unprofessional contractors. I would say 90% of the contractors I have dealt during the remodeling of my home never called back or looked at my job and never returned an estimate as promised. The good news? ALL PRO Waterproofing isn't one of those companies. They were AMAZING. They sent someone to give me an estimate immediately - they called quickly to conform the install and they always showed up on time and ready to go. ** I would have given them 5 stars, but I found the price a little too high - but other than that - if you need basement waterproofing done right, don't waste your time with anyone else and call A"

"Assessed Basement and recommended a course of action to address the problem.  All others wanted to charge for a French Drain - while these guys addressed how the water was getting and appears to have solved the problem at a 10th of the cost.  Very honest people.  Very happy.

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! OMG! Everyone should use these guys!!!!! Also, I got the bullbag back! I never have to buy another one and its ready to use whenever I feel like doing a clean out or renovation."
