Communication with the office was abominable. Time after time we were told to expect this or that follow up. Nope. Inspections were not scheduled in a timely manner. Trying to submit payments through Buildertrend was a nightmare. We were initially very impressed with Andrew and Will, but never heard from them again except to try to track down the project manager. This could be a great company but we suspect they have bitten off more than they can chew. We would not recommend Tri Cities Remodeling."
