"From the very first meeting with their sales associate nothing could have been more pleasant and easier. During the original sales meeting I was worried about rue turn around time for products to arrive, I was told they’d have everything as scheduled and they did. On the scheduled day of the install Sergei and his crew showed up precisely when scheduled and during the entire 2 days of their visit they were very respectful, professional and friendly, I had some questions and they were all answered. At the end of each day I walked around the exterior of the house to inspect the work performed and the general cleanliness and found nothing wrong with the work and all areas were cleaned more thoroughly than expected. 16 windows, 1 bay window and 3 exterior doors finished in just over 2 days. I will eventually hire them again for my roof and highly recommend them!"

"

It was a come on.  The people that came and measured were good and professional.  The deal was $$ for the average kitchen.

If you bought it through the promotional it was % less and if you bought it that day it was % less.  However even though my kitchen was 'average' and the cabinets were 'standard' with all the discounts it was still more than the 'average kitchen price'.  I opted out of any further discussions.

"I am very happy with the final result of my home remodel which included completing some cosmetic work in my bathroom that had been started by my husband but never finished, new Pergo floors in my hall and living room, painting in several rooms, gate installation on my front porch, new sliding glass door, new furnace and central air, and my personal favorite, a completely new kitchen. Jody, Sean and several of their employees and subcontractors worked in my home for the better part of a year. In a project of this scope, obviously there were a few issues that arose along the way but all were resolved to my complete satisfaction. When there was an occasional disagreement on an issue, Sean always ended the discussion with “don’t worry about it, I will take care of it. I want you to be happy”, a sign of a contractor willing to work with his customers to come to a fair resolution to any disagreement which to me as a consumer is everything you need to know when you hire someone to work in your home. Sean and Jody have become like family to me and I would recommend them, and I would use them again myself for any home improvement services needed."

"Tom just completed a whole house Mold Remediation for me. Attic & basement. The attic which is split into two wings was heavily infested (?), the basement not so bad. This job was complicated by the fact that one wing had no easy access to the attic space. Tom resolved that nicely. He constantly went above & beyond and definitely put in more hours tha he had expected. But- would not take any extra compensation! I would definitely reccommends him for any future work."

"Everything went great, there were a couple changes that had to be made as the job progressed, we found out the old toilet had been leaking pretty badly, and there was a bunch of rotting floor boards.  Other than that they completed the job within our time frame, cleaned the house up at the end of each day very well, and really treated our home like it was theirs.  Everything was sealed up with plastic barriers so we wouldn't get dust throughout the house, I was very pleased about that.  We plan to have them back in the next year or two for the kitchen.

"great!  their estimate came in $500 less than another company that wanted to do a lot more to our roof to fix it.  We anticipate putting on a second floor in a couple of years and plan to replace the roof at that time, so it did not make sense for us to put as much money into our roof now.  They were prompt and easy to talk to.  After someone came to the house to fix it the first time we still had a couple smaller leaks coming through, so I called them back and could not have had better service.  At no further charge, Brian came back to the house and got back up on the roof to further plug up the leaking sites.  He even thanked me for calling him back, saying it's hard to fix the leaks the first time, since water can get into such small spaces and it's important for him to see the roof when it's wet so he can have a better idea of where the water goes.  After the second visit, no more leaks!"
