"My choices were a little limited due to COVID crisis, but contacted 2 highest rated companies on Angie's. First was a small firm who was booked thru the Fall. Alliance has several crews and were able to get to us quickly. First visit was great (David), who provided the quote, alternatives, samples, pictures & addresses of previous work. Price was reasonable. Crew started a couple of weeks later. Very professional and courteous crew of three. Once they show up, they stay to finish the job. Separate gutter crew came shortly after siding was done. Cost was $28,000 for a 2 story cape with shake siding. We love the shake look compared to traditional horizontal siding, esp for a cape house. We highly recommend Alliance."

It was a come on.  The people that came and measured were good and professional.  The deal was $$ for the average kitchen.

If you bought it through the promotional it was % less and if you bought it that day it was % less.  However even though my kitchen was 'average' and the cabinets were 'standard' with all the discounts it was still more than the 'average kitchen price'.  I opted out of any further discussions.

"I am very happy with the final result of my home remodel which included completing some cosmetic work in my bathroom that had been started by my husband but never finished, new Pergo floors in my hall and living room, painting in several rooms, gate installation on my front porch, new sliding glass door, new furnace and central air, and my personal favorite, a completely new kitchen. Jody, Sean and several of their employees and subcontractors worked in my home for the better part of a year. In a project of this scope, obviously there were a few issues that arose along the way but all were resolved to my complete satisfaction. When there was an occasional disagreement on an issue, Sean always ended the discussion with “don’t worry about it, I will take care of it. I want you to be happy”, a sign of a contractor willing to work with his customers to come to a fair resolution to any disagreement which to me as a consumer is everything you need to know when you hire someone to work in your home. "Everything went great, there were a couple changes that had to be made as the job progressed, we found out the old toilet had been leaking pretty badly, and there was a bunch of rotting floor boards.  Other than that they completed the job within our time frame, cleaned the house up at the end of each day very well, and really treated our home like it was theirs.  Everything was sealed up with plastic barriers so we wouldn't get dust throughout the house, I was very pleased about that.  We plan to have them back in the next year or two for the kitchen.

"Tom just completed a whole house Mold Remediation for me. Attic & basement. The attic which is split into two wings was heavily infested (?), the basement not so bad. This job was complicated by the fact that one wing had no easy access to the attic space. Tom resolved that nicely. He constantly went above & beyond and definitely put in more hours tha he had expected. But- would not take any extra compensation! I would definitely reccommends him for any future work."

"Overall I was happy with the work performed, the roof looks good, doesn't leak and they did a good job with cleanup. This was one of the few companies that actually returned my calls and showed on time for an estimate.
There was a drenching rain the day before the work was performed which made the ground soft and they did a reasonable job of protecting my lawn while moving their trailer around to collect debris, which I was happy with.
