"Jesse returned my call promptly and scheduled a time to bid the job. He introduced himself when he got here and asked me questions about what I wanted done. He started on time and finished on time every day. He was very personable, professional and trustworthy. He was also very neat. He never left a mess. <br /> If there was a change in his usual start or stop time he gave me as much notice as possible. If he was off schedule in what was pomised I was informed immediately. Usually he was informing me he was going to be done ahead of time. <br /> The job was completed ahead of time and I was able to also have the living room done in the amount of time originally promised. <br /> I would most definitely recommend him for flooring jobs. <br /> He is going to do some cement work for me. "Awesome job on the gutters. I just LOVE seamless gutters and the leaf guard over the top!! No more leaf removal anymore! WOO HOO! Water flows off our roof in the right spots- - down the corners and NOT over the edge of the middle of the gutters. RBS eliminated some middle drain spouts (middle of the house) and installed larger/ better sized gutters so that the water would flow out and down on the corners of the house.This was important for our septic drain field as well oddly. We'd been drenching our field with water off the house and had septic issues as a result. Now the water flows away from the septic field as well. They also repaired some damage on the roof from the massive hail that came down that day though that was small stuff. Reliable gets 5 STARS on this project! Thanks a TON."

"i have recently had to change home owners insurance companies. the new company sent out a home inspector that went around and looked at the house. he determined without getting on the roof that it had major repairs. i was in a panic. Matt Duggan and his crew came out- inspected my roof and assured me that other than some minor wind shingles replacement and repair that my roof had several more years on it. they worked to get these small repairs done within the timelines set forth by the new insurance company. he not only charged exactly what he said $350 but he also typed up a letter and offered to speak with my insurance company if he needed. they were prompt and professional. i have several large dogs and he never blinked an eye- which is always a plus. i have asked him to come back out to give me a quote on fence and then in next few weeks plan on flooring. they are a great overall group. Every girl needs a good handyman and i think i have found mine. <br />"
