"The owner Bill and his team have done several jobs for me on two different houses. All of their work has been of excellent quality and completed within the estimated time frame even when unforeseen issues with the old 1920s house arose. Bill is incredibly knowledgeable and fully informed me of exactly what he had to do and why he had to do it every step of the way. I was able to be as involved as I wished to be in each decision, and he was great about accommodating my work schedule when we had to meet. I like to be involved in decisions on the design details (fixtures, tile, etc.), but if I didn't have time to, I would trust Bill completely to make those decisions. He stands behind his work too. In a 1940s duplex: new jump porch off room in upper flat and reconstruction of the area beneath a set of storm cellar doors leading to basement."
