"Overall, the floors came out nice, but customer service and attention to detail were very lacking. The installer arrived late every single day, and there was no final walk-through when the project was done by the project manager. Several things were missed and needed to be corrected over the course of a couple additional visits. In fact, there is still one thing that has not been corrected several weeks later. We also never received a phone call from the company once the project was done to ask us if we liked it or if anything needed to be fixed."

"We had a great experience working with Top Bros construction and remodeling. They fully removed our tile and wood flooring and installed LVP that we had provided. They also installed new trim and baseboards throughout, which look great. They were timely and efficient. We are very happy with the outcome!"

"I had 2 bathrooms done. The material they use is very nice and easy to maintain. The best out of all the people we looked at. The salesman was very nice and very response but there are issues with our install that were not taken care of. First the product that was packed and shipped was not correct. They had the wrong size base and I had to prove it to them by taking pics with a ruler to get it correct. Next, they had the wrong color fixtures for one of the bathrooms. Then the installation team broke a panel on one and still put it up. The 3 wall panels were not all the same. one was shine, another was a completely different look on the color pattern, and one was cracked. I had to call on that. It was replaced. However, in both bathrooms the installation crew which I was told was the best dropped the one panel and gouged my floor which was left as is even though I was told it would be made correct. They also gouged the dry wall in several spots on both ceilings while in"

"Chris did an awesome job removing our old carpet and installing luxury vinyl flooring in two rooms. We look forward to working Chris once again on future projects"

"Emilijano installed LVP in my office and did great work! Easy to reach by text, knowledgeable about flooring options, and careful with the details. Would hire again."

"RNR was hired to take on an extensive project that involved remodeling three apartment units in two separate residential homes. They were quick to respond to provide a free quote, honest about their capabilities for the services needed, and provided a fair price in a timely manner. On top of being incredibly personable and easy to work with, they take pride in their work, always keep a clean workspace, and absolutely deliver on whatever is asked of them (which in this case the list kept growing). They completely transformed the three apartments that they remodeled - from installing cabinets, countertops, toilets, showers, doors, light fixtures, flooring, windows, interior/exterior painting - to fixing unstable decks and chimneys, they can do it all! You definitely won't regret giving them a call!"
