"The inspector was polite and friendly, and offered a lot of helpful advice regarding our new home beyond the standard termite inspection. For example, he showed me entry points throughout the home that I should reseal to keep mice out, and named the product I could use as a sealant and gave me guidance as to how to work with it, but also left me with a card in case I didn't want to deal with it myself.
