We cannot believe the phenomenal difference from the old leaking horrible looking deck to the new watertight fantastic looking deck we now have. When he left after repairing the contactor and capacitor and "cleaning" the unit (running a hose over the coils), AC unit froze over and damaged the furnace. Now we have to replace the whole system when the furnace was in good shape."
