"Please find a copy of the letter we sent to The Pool Shop, Plainfield, IN, upon completion of project, which took place in the fall of 2015 in the Fishers area.
We wanted to take time to write this letter to let you know how pleased we are with The Pool Shop and your customer-focused employees who helped make our recent pool installation a rewarding experience.
Chris Ray led the project team for our pool installation.  We understand this was one of his first assignments as ?the lead.?
Chris was absolutely fantastic!   He was very communicative, responsive and he took the time to help us understand every step along the process.  We could see that he felt ownership to ensuring we were pleased with our decision to hire The Pool Shop ? always considering our needs first and helping us make the right decisions from design to finish.  He helped us consider all
options and followed through with even the smallest details.
We also have to give high marks to your sub-contractor, Justin Grounds of Grounds Quality Lawn Care.
His vision and openness to listen to us ? even as things changed in the middle of the installation?was exceptional.
He created a backyard attraction that enhanced the pool and the landscaping, making our new recreational area a jaw dropping attraction.
Finally, we must complement The Pool Shop and Grounds for hiring great support crews.  Both teams worked very quickly and their attention to details were outstanding.  In addition, they were also very friendly and considerate.  The professionalism they
displayed represented both companies extremely well ? adding to even more satisfaction we experienced during the installation.

Spring is just around the corner.  We look forward to attending Pool School and enjoying our new backyard experience next season.
Thank you again for a great experience!  We?ll be sure to post the highest ratings on Angie?s List.

"Jeff met with me personally and gave my wife and I recommendations on how to landscape.  He had great suggestions and explained the maintenance on everything.  He has gone above and beyond and we will use him again in the future for our landscaping needs.

George was willing to work with the ideas that I had for building the fire pit and patio.  He was very responsive during the project when I would stop him and ask questions, or suggest a different way to do the layout and design.  The patio and fire pit turned out nicely.  On the lawn work - seeding, mulching, leveling - I felt that George was trying to get done and get to another job, and maybe didn't spend as much time and care as I would have liked.  If you hire him for a job, be aware that he is pretty much a one man show, and is sometimes slow to respond to emails and calls, and can get behind schedule quickly when the weather is bad.

"Mike treated our yard and within days you could see the difference. You could see it green up with days and the weeds started to die quickly. This year we’ll be getting the weed pre emergent and Mosquito treatments as well. Mike is a great guy, he’s very honest and dependable. Tell him Jeff @ Bad Boys referred you!"

"It was great. He cut it a little long the first time, when I called him to see if he could start cutting it lower he came over just a few day later and did so. The yard now looks great and I look forward to dealing with him for some time to come."

"It went very well, very quickly got it done and our yard did very well!

"So far we have had one treatment, and it went great. Their staff was very responsive as I was trying to get this scheduled. They completed the first treatment in a timely manner and were very thorough in treating the entire lawn. The weeds started dying within a day or two, and now my lawn looks much better."

"They do excellent, very professional work. Highly recommend, especially for hardscape projects. Could be a little more mindful and cautious during their work, but recognize collateral damage is inevitable in most situations; i.e. you can't construct a patio without trampling the lawn a bit. Overall, they were attentive to protecting surrounding areas. Clean up was acceptable. Very polite, very focused on pleasing the customer. Went through three landscapers (yeah, three) who kept pushing me back on their calendar again and again until I fired them. Earthworks had to reschedule a couple of times, but not to the point of being completely unreasonable. Weather conditions have been a major factor this year, which is beyond anyone's control. Overall, great work, nice people, customer-first mentality. Absolutely will use them for my landscaping needs from now on."

"ProLawns is very reliable and professional. The results are great and we’re always pleased with our lawn care service. Definitely 5 star. Thank you ProLawns!"
