"Empire Today offered a decent carpet with competitive pricing. The material estimate came up a little short but the company honored the original quote a as nd provided the material. Getting the carpet installers back to complete the job took a bit of time though."

"Completely happy with their work and would hire them over and over again. They do great work and go over and beyond for each project. They’re always make sure that the customer is happy and they are some of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. I would not hesitate to refer them to all of my friends and family. "Flooring Rebels installation team was very professional and proficient. I was able to get an estimate and have the carpet installed in the same week. The contractors arrived on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I am extremely happy with the carpet installed and would hire Flooring Rebel again in the future for my flooring needs."

"Pros: It went well, and the overall quality is good - they offered alternative solutions other contractor estimates did not (to help lower the cost). They take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile for satisfaction, even after work completion. Cons: We put our deposit in and signed a contract a few months before the job, and it wasn't until a week or two before the job we found out the material was discontinued (after we already selected paint color and floor design from separate contractor) We were forced into their schedule, after noting certain restrictions we had with working midnight shift. (for items like inspections and lingering things after the "scheduled" work was complete)."

"Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."

"Everything went great. I would definitely recommend D & S Builders.
