"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."

RMS was hired to finish our modular home - including decks, metal roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, finishing work, & construction of block basement. The results were not just disappointing, they were catastrophic. Licensed contractors who have inspected their unfinished work have estimated over $100,000 in repairs & reconstruction. We have spent thousands on a lawyer after begging them to make it right, but they've refused to take responsibility of their negligence & are happy to have us spend more money trying to take them to court. Bathroom included: removal of vanity, 2 walls of tile, and mosaic tile floor. Installed heated flooring, vanity, ceramic tile, mirror, backsplash. Excellent work from a good crew. This was my second hire of Rose construction."
